The inspektr-dev Google list? The only thing going on there is spam, which has increased notably in the past month. The combination of spam, stale issues, and uncertainty about the official project location should be cause for concern for the CAS project. But I hope you would agree that including an unmaintained project as a core component of CAS is very much a cas-dev issue. I believe that concern has been assuaged by your response, and it's now appropriate to move Inspektr technical matters to its own list. +1 for moving Inspektr to Jasig, though.
