No our glassfish guy couldn't find the switch to flip quickly enough. We will be re-deploying tomorrow morning to fix some minor login page display issues in Safari and Chrome. Hopefully by then he will have found the switch.

You need to switch to JPA or something other than memory for tickets. It's common to have tickets over 1k, so it can cause memory pressure quickly under load.
