Hello,

So then it seems I may be needing to switch operating systems. I am currently using XUBUNTU 11.04. Guessing this is probably my problem. Any recommendations? I'm thinking CentOS...

Hi Louis,

The error you describe sounds similar to that encountered when trying to compile on Ubuntu -- see here: http://www.mail-archive.com/casper@lists.berkeley.edu/msg01224.html

Are you using Centos/RHEL/one of the supported OSs?

Cheers,

Jack

    Hi Mark,

I tried running ctrl-D and updating my design and
then re-compiling with 'bee_xps' (version 1.1). The compilation

I'm at a complete loss as to what may be causing this problem. If
you (or anyone else reading this) know of any other
troubleshooting procedures that may help pin down the problem it
    would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

Can you run control-D to update the design? This
        will propagate the data types
and may give you some idea where the issue lies.
