Hi all, I'm upgrading xilinx 11.5 to 14.5. I downloaded the ISE Design Suite (14.5 Full Product Installation) from the following link: http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.html/content/xilinx/en/downloadNav/design-tools/v2012_4---14_5.html
Is it the right and only xilinx software I need to install? I also have question about the license. Is the Suite license free to us? If not, where can we buy the license? Some instructions are very appreciated! Thanks! Weiwei
