But I am under the impression that it is a permission issue. All successful
builds are self contained, that means, they do not hold inner projects,
whereas the failing VsNetIntegration.build
seems to call an external vsnetwizard:

C:\data\castle\trunk\Tools\VSNetWizards\Castle.VSNetIntegration.CastleWizards\wizards.build
Buildfile:
file:///C:/data/castle/trunk/Tools/VSNetWizards/Castle.VSNetIntegration.CastleWizards/wizards.build

Framework 3.5
so, as in vista x64 I am required to build as an admin, it might be possible
that permissions are not passed on downwards (although this would be
awkward, too) and thus the build fails.
as you can see i am clutching to the last straws of speculation here ... 8(
