Bill-

Have you located or bought a boat yet??  I know of a C27 TR OB on Cayuga Lake that is a project boat.  Its stuck between the owner and the marina for storage fees last I knew.

Subject: Re: catalina27-talk: Trucking a C27

Hi Bill,
We had a C27 transported from Portand to Saint John last year by a mover from Maine.  I was very satisfied with the service and the cost. (very reasonable, according to what I have read in other responses).  If you are interested in more info I'd be pleased to share off-line.

We're in the market to move up from our C22 to either a C27 or C30 and we're located in upstate New York. So far the boats we're interested in are in New England or around the Chesapeake. Since I can't commit the time to deliver a boat the way I'd like to, does anyone on the list have any experience shipping a C27 in this general area?

Specifically, how much did it cost to go what distance, and was the trucker dead-heading after the delivery? Any recomm! endations or warnings would also be appreciated.

Thanks.
