Phil: Thanks for the information. I was unaware
of the parts catalog. It contains a lot of useful information, including thru
hall info. Dave From: David, I don’t know that there is a concise
list of thru hull but looking at pages 44-46 of the C27 parts catalog should
cover it. Click on [C27] then [C27 Manuals] to find it. Phil Agur

Vessel Doc# 1039809 -----Original Message----- Good Afternoon, all: Does anyone have or know
of a good source for pointing out where all of the through hulls are on my 1984
C27? Thanks Dave From: As part of my repower I
need to replace the old packing gland – after 24 years it’s pretty
tired. So question of the day is which dripless shaft seal to use. PSS or
LasDrop - the advantage I see with the LasDrop is that it can be
connected to the raw water flow which eliminates the burping issue with the
PSS. Anybody ever see a
comparison written up between the two ? OK so maybe it’s a
religious wars type question but it has been awfully quite lately – and
I’m tired of watching the snow melt Dave - C27 #5212 Windabout http://dpbcc.home.comcast.net |
