I will try to get some shots before I put the outboard back on.  I still need to do the lifters for the laz cover, but nobody really goes back there.  Too much weight aft.

I also have to say that the mod to the transom to fit a larger outboard is really a minor surgery.  I did it by myself in less than a couple of hours.  Including pulling the engine to a floating dock behind the boat, cutting the transom with a woefully underpowered jig saw, filling the void with some epoxy to try to keep the core dry, and remounting the engine.  Again by myself, a couple of extra bodies would make it really easy.
