Good luck. Those sound like some major obstacles. But I would think
that adding a few holes and (long) lanyards would take care of the
hatch boards and a simple slide bolt with access inside and out may take
care of the sliding hatch. Really a piss poor solution to possible
problems, but it may take care of the rules.
