You can try www.marinedieseldirect.com they have lots of Universal parts. I don't doubt you'll pay a premium for the manufacturers part - Defender seems to have a good stock of the different Morse cables as well. Perhaps you might try a bicycle or lawn mower repair shop and see if they have something similar or could make one up for you.
