I can't give you an specifics other than by the factory spec we are all
pretty loose and adjust with the backstay. The boat that points the best
in the fleet has about 8 degrees more rake built in to the mast step. The
guy that owns the boat is a rigger and tunes his mast much more regularly than
the rest of us. The rest of us just depend on backstay adjustments to
compensate.
BUT that stick is a brick and it takes a ton of backstay tension to get it
raked. Also check to make sure you aren't choking the jib. Bring it
in slow. It really drives the boat's speed and choking it will kill you
after tacks.
