The folks at Catalina did a great job of completely making new ones for my
boat about four years ago. I had thoughts of trying to get the old ones
re-covered, using the existing foam, but there was no problem with them just
making all-new. They only asked me to take the covers off the old ones and
send them in, for patterns. The new ones looked great and fit perfectly,
even matching the snaps dead-on. I believe the price was in the neighborhood
of $1,000, which was really reasonable. It¹s probably more now, but worth
investigating. I had scouted a number of other outfits and wasn¹t confident
that they would do a good job.
