yep, I agree completely. and in just about any retail environment there has been a general decline in intelligence at the counter.
trouble is, boating can be downright dangerous and bad advice can get someone into trouble, espec the "uninitiated." anyway, it aint my litigation...it's Mr Repass's or his corporate hench-dudes... shame if someone gets hurt though.
