Are there any sailors in the Clear Lake/Kemah, Texas area? I'm BRAND new to sailing, just bought a 1978 Catalina 27, docked at South Shore Harbour marina, first sailing lesson this Saturday - CAN'T WAIT!!! Would love to meet up with others...drinks, dinners, etc. thanks! Lance
