argghhhh...turns out it was a marine sanitary holding tank they had to
cut out, not
fuel.
if you go with a smaller tank, remember the fuel lines should conform to
CG type A-1 standards,
lest you have a serious issue with your insurer in the event (god
forbid) of a fire.
