I have two pages of the M-18 Service Manual scanned for you if you'd like.
One is a page of most of the major fastener's Torques
and the second sheet that has a graphic of the bolt sequences and torques
Can you accept fairly big files ?
I would suggest that if you'd like them I can send as attachments OFF list ..
so they won't clog up other listee's email .
Torque for Cylinder Head Studs = 17.4 to 20.3 Ft/Lbs
" " " " Screw & Nut = 28.9 to 32.5 Ft/Lbs
