You may be a little "slicker" w/out the prop, shaft and strut...but what about all that weight hanging way out back. Back in the day when I had a Soverel 33 O/B, I had a buddy who bought a Soverel 33 I/B. We raced with/against one another for 2 seasons. I won some, he won some. We both had good sails, good crew and clean bottoms. But there was this nagging "argument" at the bar about O/B vs I/B. During one series we decided to swap boats, just to put the "argument" to rest. He won 2 races...sailing my boat, I won 2 races sailing his boat. The fifth race was not sailed due to weather. We were tied for 2nd (that damned J-33 w/ the sailmaker driving), and the "argument" rages on! Mark Gratis (6115)
