my problem is after the beer the railmeat does not listenoh well crack open 
another cold one. Joking aside I have found that the best movable ballast is 
crew and if they are not afraid of a little spray and don't mind wet feet you 
can adjust for most anything. I would agree some but boats are not well thought 
out but C27's are another thing that can be done and is debated much between 
all of us is backstay tension witch would be much more desirable than adding
