No I think that's it. The one design standard, by choice, is held constant 
whenever possible. The usual changes deal with readability not dimensional 
changes.

  The latest edition I have for the IC27/270A is June 4, 2005. This edition 
shows max. spinnaker dimensions as follows:

  Leach & Luff  34' 2.5"
  Girth 20' 3"

  Is there a newer edition with different dimensions that I should be searching 
for?

  YRA SF will not be using Fleet 8 documentation when you go racing. Once you 
enter a race not conducted by Fleet 8 the IC27/270A one-design class rules 
apply.
