Not a huge Hunter fan, but I do really like the 28.5 a lot! It's great
bang-for-the-buck.
It's hearty enough for most anything inshore and really has a decent
interior.
I've raced on 2 different 28.5 and had no complaints in terms of what
the boat is and
what it's meant to do. If you find one in decent shape, buy it. Watch
out for the
cockpit sole...they are notoriously mushy....the fix isnt too bad though,
