You've put an immense amount of work and thought into/ Bijou.  /We've 
all gained a great deal from you.  The Association just won't be the 
same without your wisdom and input.  We hope that you can stay 
connected.  Do you think you might just put a cover on /Bijou/ and wait 
for the day when the lad is older and ready to take on some 
responsibility?  .
