Port: Starter battery(, second house battery under STD. 1/4 berth), life
jackets, cleaning materials, bumpers, basically big bulky dirty stuff.
STD. Extra lines(dock, spring and a long towing line50'x1/2"), spare winch
handles. Stuff I might need in a rush.
laz. I have O/B model so that is gas and a spare bumper or 2.
One modification that has helped down below was the removal of the alc. stove
and converting that area to storage...use full for tape, binoculars, pens
pencils extra AA batteries, sun glasses, tx storage during sail, mostly small
somewhat valuable stuff I want to get at and keep dry. I carry a coleman camp
stove when I cruise, I can use it on a picnic table or down below. It's hotter
and a lot more convenient.

my boat so on the starboard side I made a bracket to hold my fenders on the
port side was a 12 gallon fuel tank. I only had a port side locker it is where
the anchor is kept and other various items a tool kit and flares.
