Did the club race on Wed. with me and two crew. Winds were high, guessing about 20. The final leg had the wind coming off the starboard quarter, windex was pointing about 105 degrees. GPS showed sustained speed of 7.0, with periods of 7.1 through 7.4. under main with one reef and 155 genoa! What a ride! Too bad we lost :~( Bob Mann Windcatcher #5928, Lake St. Clair, MI
