To all that replied to my Mast Question Thanks for the input and the song lyrics. General consciences is that it would not be a big deal. This is pretty much the way I was thinking, but wanted to get other opinions on the matter. Didn't want the mast to be raised in a different locations on the boat and have a problem down the road that would have required me to again lower the mast. My boat is under-going a pretty large repair and like I mentioned before, I want to up-grade certain things while the mast is down and the boat is empty.
