Lance,

Did you try some head lube to see if that helps?  You may find that the difference in cost of a rebuild kit and a new head on sale is small enough that it makes sense to get a new one, depending on the head.  When I faced this problem, West Marine had one on sale, so I opted for that.  Good luck.

My marine head stopped pumping today. How difficult is it to rebuild a manual pump and where can I get the parts? Thanks for the help in advance.

To all that replied to my Mast Question
Thanks for the input and the song lyrics.  General consciences is that it would not be a big deal.  This is pretty much the way I was thinking, but wanted to get other opinions on the matter.  Didn't want the mast to be raised in a different locations on the boat and have a problem down the road that would have required me to again lower the mast.  My boat is under-going a pretty large repair and like I mentioned before, I want to up-grade certain things while the mast is down and the boat is empty.
Again, thanks to all that responded....where else can I find expertise on this type of matter.  The list works!
