James I am sure there are numbers available and others will furnish, but I went through this process several weeks ago and several list members advised as follows. Rudy B advised the uppers should be 640 and the lowers 400 and he experienced no sag at 20+ kts. Gerry B. advised 200 lowers and uppers 600 and then sail in 15 kts and if sag take them up evenly a little at a time until no sag is noticed. John
