Art,

I'm going to be doing an upgrade any day now with a traveler that has a 4 to 1
purchase.  How do you have your lines run on this?  Is it just one continuous
loop?  Where are the cleats in this operation?  Or is there just one cleat?

Apparently I've got lost in the simplicity of it all, but I don't under how you
can undo a clam cleat from the other side of the boat.  Does this trick work
with bra straps too?

Yep, this is the way I set my traveler up. The setup is simple enough. Just
connect each end of the line to the appropriate end of the car. If your
traveler has a 4:1 purchase, you'll need line 4 times the length of the
width of the traveler, plus a few extra feet for slack. I can release and
set either side from either side of the cockpit. Beats spewing all kinds of
line every time the traveler is adjusted up or down.

Good luck,
