Thank you all for the conversations and advice while I owned my Catalina 27, The Lady K. I sold her a month before Hurricane IKE hit my hometown, fortunately, and now she has a GREAT home in Albuquerque, NM. I'm now the proud owner of a Hunter 25.5. Please remove me from this listserv.
