And I would bet that charities don't hold out for the best offer, probably
just the first. If you can get $3k or so I'd say take it. A pretty well
race
equipped C27 (has won a couple of races here in Annapolis this year) just
went up for sale for $3,500. But the race equipped boat probably doesn't have
new cushions and definitely doesn't have roller furling. Does have a good
sail inventory.
