I don't think that justice has prevailed.   The case is still in the courts 
and the good old boy network is pushing to get some kind of conviction to the 
sailor.

As mentioned there has been a tremendous amount of input (and donations to 
the accused's legal situation) on Sailing Anarchy.

Gosh Darn powerboater (wording has been tempered because of Dave T's current 
circumstance) should have been charged and the venue changed, but that was not 
the case.

Even if the sailor gets off on all charges, his life is ruined because he was 
in the wrong place at the wrong time.   Something that could happen to any of 
us, regardless of the fact that he had had few drinks...
