David, definitely think about whether you want to change your stanchions to 10* in or out, 5* in or out, or straight up. On my '85, I moved the two nearest the shrouds to out (I think 5*) in Nov. 01. The cost for the four (2 each side) was $217.46 from Catalina Direct. I can now walk around the shrouds and stay inside the lifelines!
