It's best to phrase the board resolution in the language customary to
use, so cut and paste as you have done is good. :-) And when you post it
to the incubator list, just be sure to mention you modelled it after iBatis.

I suspect where this might get discussed is [EMAIL PROTECTED] as
part of the greater graduation discussion. If I'm not mistaken, it's the
Incubator that recommends graduation of a podling to a TLP to the board.
