Red-breasted merganser was still there today, along with a stunning pair of canvasbacks, some widgeons, red-heads, buffleheads, a scaup, and some geese. I didn't look long, but did not find the grebes. Everybody seemed to be feeding happily. Linda

One flew as we stopped so couldn't tell if one had brought food for the other. Seriously doubt eggs have hatched. Saw 2 horned grebes & a red breasted merganser on Mill Pond yesterday along with other regulars. Becky saw 1 of 2 Snowy owls on Saxton just off Indian Field Rd. later.
