Greetings form ARK Solutions, Inc. We have an urgent need for a Technical Project Manager for one of our clients Atlanta, GA. Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 6+ Months Req Details: Job Description: o Oversee entire project life cycle from initial concept through production release and post close completion for IT development activities o Participate in scope and requirements meetings with business customers, and take the lead in defining and communicating final decisions to all parties o Create and manage project plans, identify necessary resources, and execute project management tasks throughout the life of a project o Continuously re-evaluate project status, identify issues and risks, and provide recommendations for resolution and escalate when necessary o Maintain steady communication with development and/or analytical staff, business customers and management on all projects o Provide project status to stakeholders o Work tightly with Development team resources to define tasks, assist with work distribution, and manage daily status o Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing o Work with project team members to regularly maintain and update the project to keep project status and tasks up to date o Ensure all required SDLC deliverables are established o Comply with technical standards, policies and procedures. Requirements: o Minimum of a 4 year Bachelor's degree, in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering o Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) preferred o Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, at least 3 years in a project management role. o Knowledge of MS Project o Solid understanding of Agile , SDLC. CSM or CSPO certification an added plus o Technical background as developer and/or analyst in the field of web solutions development (.NET stack) o Technical background as developer and/or analyst in the field of mobile solutions development (Mobile Web and Native iOS/Android) o Solid understanding of hardware, os, web services, database, performance o Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies. o Proven business analysis and problem-solving abilities o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Excellent listening and interpersonal skills o Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language o Ability to write SDLC documents o Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment o Keen attention to detail.
