Hello,

I'm Osama Khalid, an Arabic Wikipedia contributor who's interested in
localization.

There have been several changes since the the Jordain team released the first
draft[1]. Unfortunately, we, in Wikipedia, didn't keep in touch with the
legal/translation team here. We agreed to use the terms you chose when you
released the first draft, but I think they've been changed since then[2].

We used 'المشاع المبدع' to translate 'Creative Commons', 'نسبة المصنف إلى
مؤلفه' for 'Attribution', 'المشاركة على قدم المساواة' for 'ShareAlike', 'لا
اشتقاقات' for 'NoDerivative' and 'غير التجارية' for 'Noncommercial' (well,
we've rarely needed these two). Hundreds of messages uses these terms and I
think we need to change all of them.

Now, what are the new, acceptable, legal translations of the previous terms,
the ones we should apply? Are they final? Are you already in the 'freeze'
stage?

Thanks for your great work.
