I suggest we do this, a - Have a country quota to ensure fair participation from all b - Ask for a short paragraph describing workshop they plan to give or why they should attend c - Short paragraph on previous engagement with CC or Open related events/projects d - A couple of contacts as references e - Pledge to evangelize and help an artist, developer, journalist etc.. in their own community to convert their work to CC
