[OSL | CCIE_RS] 2811 or 2640 + 2610's

Hi,

I just purchased the IPexpert CCIE R/S book, all the labs are based on
Cisco 2811,

would I be able to use 3640 + 2610 routers instead? also my 3640 have
10/100 and labs use FE's any advice?
