1. What is the best practice to use for the CCIE LAB exam for the protocol authentications: OSPF : Area authentcation and Interface authentication (Should both be used or any one can do if not specifically mentioned) RIP/EIGRP : Should be define the send-time/accept-time ? 2. How to find out the BGP As number from the invalid peer message that my BGP peer is generating. I know that there is a HEX key but I dont know how to convert that to get to the AS number that my PEER is in. Please let me know how to find that out possible using the windows calculator.
