heeehheh...  Excellent question.  It's there to make someone feel better.
:)  You are only allowed one name per ACL (so you can't have separate
dynamic entries for different logins), so the name is an irrelevant.

I've never used a dynamic acl real world and i'm looking at some example
config'es, whats the point in naming the dynamic line of the ACL?  I dont
see it referenced anywhere else in the config.  Is it in case you have
multiple dynamic's in one config?
