Tyson,
Yes, I can create topologies and save projects all day long; I can do
the labs that way.  I just can't open a .net file. Once the project is
saved, I can't open it.  I hit "open" and I just get a blank
workspace.

It still could be an installation issue I suppose.  I would appreciate
your suggestions.
