I would expect that what is in the blueprint is a basic guideline as to what you should know. I would think multiple customers with multiple CEs each and things like VRF leaking, a shared VPN, etc would be totally fair game. I don't believe TE is included on the R/S lab exam. I think if you can implement each of the things you listed, and you understand the underlying technology you will be just fine. Only time will tell.
