Initially A B and C were sending updates to each other via broadcasts.
Now if I will use unicast (neighbor + passive interface + network command) on
B and C , still A will receive updates right , because A is already configured
with network command , please advise ?

Routers A B and C are connected to a switch.
RIP is running on all the routers.
I do not have access to A,..... Sitting on C , how can I stop adverstisng RIP
updates to router A ?
