You are missing several things in the redistribution.

First of all the 'subnets' keyword on the EIGRP->OSPF redistribution. It could 
not be an issue, but you will advertise classfull prefixes. Besides that IOS 
will warn you for this!

The other thing is that you have to specify a metric when you redistribute into 
a distance vector protocol like RIP or EIGRP. Either by configuring a 'default 
metric' or by specifying this behind the redistribute command.

I'll give you a hint: Use ? to see what you could be missing on the 
"redistribute eigrp" command under OSPF.
