Hi Rick,

  Thanks for taking the time to help out! im pulling out the remaining 
hairs on my head! :)

  I found the missing piece by going over the configuration i was going 
to send :)
 (I even pulled out a 2950 i was using as SW3, and replaced it with a 
3550... just to make sure...)

  But if you dont mind, how is the l2protocol-tunnel different from QinQ 
(other than the packets are double tagged). From my now working 
topology, all my vlans run STP, CDP just fine... I think im missing the 
point somewhere along the path..
