I don't think a book can really learn you how to troubleshoot.
The only good one I can think of is Troubleshooting IP routing protocols.

I would suggest you take one of the vendors workbooks and practice the troubleshooting labs in there. We are working on several mocklabs with a built-in troubleshooting section for example, they will teach you how to get through the troubleshooting section of the lab.
