I have tried to create connection entries for the entire labproctor routers and
devices, but nothing works. But it works fine on my own routers at home.
Yes, there is a rename option.

Have you tried right-clicking on the tab name to see if the menu offers
"rename" option?
Also, you may want to create connection entries for your entire pod and not use
quick connect every time.

You mean Secure CRT with Tab support...
You can do this with version 6.1 and up I believe ... but be aware they dont
have this version in the CCIE lab yet.
