Hi Marko
I already had a chat with Vandyke, and they would like to know the hostnames of
the routers and the switches. Because all routers and switches have the same
names. These names are pod109ts1.proctorlabs.com
That is why I am also confused and don´t know which router name belong to
where. Because I am stiil getting pod109ts1.proctorlabs.com when I click R1,
R2, BB1, BB2, Cat1, Cat2 etc.

The connection to R1 should, probably, be called something like "PodXX R2".
Ahmed, this is not really the purpose of this list. Have you tried asking these
questions or looking for an answer in VanDyke's support forum

Have you renamed your connection names like Marko said? SecureCRT will make the
name you assign to a connection the tab-title.
You can change this in the connection manager (treeview thing) and
right-click->rename.

OK, so rename option solves tab names. At least we got that out of the way.
Now, when you created entries for PL rack - you used the hostname
podXXXts1..proctorlabs.com and appropriate port number, with "telnet" as
connection type?

Have you tried right-clicking on the tab name to see if the menu offers "rename"
option?
Also, you may want to create connection entries for your entire pod and not use
quick connect every time.

You mean Secure CRT with Tab support...
You can do this with version 6.1 and up I believe ... but be aware they dont
have this version in the CCIE lab yet.
