To follow up on the Christmas poem distributed the other day, I thought to
share mine with everyone; happy reading. :)
Ah…once again ‘Tis the time 'for auld lang syne'
I have to set my new years resolution so there’s no time to cry.
To become an R&S CCIE I tell ya is what it will be,
Turn my should into a must even if it breaks me.
But when my little green monster asks “with all my commitments and
responsibilities when will it happen and how?”
A sense of desperation overcomes me if I don’t act now.
Quick! Log on to my email and seek words of wisdom from the IPE online study
list group,
Sure enough as I was hoping, I learn a thing or two.
Things like route redistribution, OSPF and BGP are there,
Things that when studied in depth will help me prepare.
The IPE gurus, Tyson, Joe and Rick also provide direction and the study format
for the test,
If I stick to their plan they say I can hope for the best.
Stick to their plan I shall for I soon want to get my CCIE,
So I’ll attend the Bootcamps, watch the VODs, use the lab workbooks and proctor
guides, I will even get some rack time…
Anything to pass the test and make that R&S number mine.
Yep… to become a CCIE in 2010 is what my goal will be,
Turn my should into a must even if it breaks me.
