That's correct. You are connecting to different ports on the same terminal server. For example, connecting to pod109ts1 port 2001 would connect you to R1 in rack #109 and connecting to pod109ts1 port 2006 would connect you to R6 in rack #109.
The exact device and port mapping is available in your ProctorLabs user interface - when you hover your mouse pointer of link connecting you to a device, you can see the URL: "telnet://pod109ts1.proctorlabs.com:2001". This means "connect using telnet to pod109ts1.proctorlabs.com on port 2001".
