15.0 "bgp dampening says"

"BGP dampening is disabled by default. The following values are used
when this command is enabled without configuring any optional
arguments:

half-life: 15 minutes
reuse: 750
suppress: 2000
max-suppress-time: 4 times half-life "

so my guess is that those defaults are also applied for "route-mapped"
prefixes where no specific parameters are mentioned. Not tested
though, next lab session is on Saturday :-D
